Overview
Our studio in Al Nahda is located on the 12th floor of Platinum Business Tower on Baghdad Street, Dubai. It’s at a 2 min walking distance from NMC Super Specialty Hospital, Al Nahda.
The nearest Metro to Hatha Vidya Al Nahda center is Stadium Metro Station.
Our Al Nahda Center is intended to serve residents of northern Dubai including Al Qusias, Al Nahda 1, Al Nahda 2, Al Twar, Muhaisnah and areas from neighboring Emirate Sharjah like Al Mamzar, Al Taawun, Al Qasimia, Al Khan, Majaz, Jubail, Muweilah.
We are open from Monday to Friday for our regular batches for adults from 6:30 AM in the morning to 8:30 PM in the evening.
Additionally, on Saturdays, 500 Hour Advanced Teacher Training Course will be held at our studio from 8:30 AM to 1:30 PM followed by 500 Hour Foundation Course on Yoga Therapy from 3:30 PM to 7:00 PM. Both these courses are affiliated by Yoga Alliance International.

Our Al Nahda studio is fully equipped to provide online classes to adults and children.

Saturday - 8:30 AM to 1:30 PM (AYTT) and 3:30 PM to 7:00 PM (Yoga Therapy)
Online Classes:
