Yogic techniques should be practiced systematically in the right combination to achieve the goal of Yoga. All methods used in our system are based on traditional yogic texts. The efficacy of the system rests on the sequence and combination of these practices, which are sometimes altered to suit the individual. It is designed to be administered person to person although they may be practicing in a group.
In our yoga classes, we take utmost care to not lose the traditional values and principles inculcated by our ancient sages and great masters.
Our curriculum consists of 84 classical asanas along with Pranayama, Shodhan Kriyas, Bandhas, Mudras and Kundalini Kriya in an aligned sequence to bring about the maximum benefit in a person regardless of the fact that he/she have practiced Yoga before. These are carefully grouped into our courses to meet the individual needs of people.
