Our 300 Hrs YTT program is structured to enable to students to gain an overall understanding about what yoga is, and the underlying practices. We focus on the subtle principles and concepts underlying the methods of practices as per traditional texts.
The 300 Hrs YTT program is accredited by Yoga Alliance International. Upon successful completion of the course one can be a Certified Yoga Teacher. For a true seeker, this course will be the right stepping-stone to get started on the path of yoga.
Course Duration & Schedule
The full course duration is for 6 months (300 hours) which will comprise of 24 weekend sessions. Besides, daily practice sessions are available for the students during weekdays. The 300 Hrs YTT is offered every three months.

Suitability and Considerations for this Course
The course is suitable for anyone of the age of 18 and above. No prior experience in yoga is necessary for joining this course. In case if you have any health issues or pre-existing conditions, the practices can be customized.
One who has experienced the real benefit of Yoga, can only sincerely impart training to others. Hence before deciding to undergo Yoga teacher training (YTT) it is better to confirm with due introspection that you are fully prepared to lead the discipline required for the yogic life style.
